Ten things I've learned in NY so far...

10. If you find a clean bathroom, use it, wash your hands and then try again...they are few and far between.

9. New Yorkers think "good coffee" is getting in and out of Starbucks in under 5 minutes.

8. If you smile at a New Yorker...they will ALWAYS smile back.

7. Laundromats are the new mental institutions.

6. Some Broadway shows actually are crap...who knew?

5. A 5th floor walk up isn't so bad after the first week.

4. Mexican people work at the Amish market

3. The Food Emporium has the best canolli EVER...seriously.

2. It is perfectly normal to have a conversation with Catherine Zeta Jones while her shirt is off.
